The smoothiest of smoothie bowls

The easiest, and the most delicious, way to get your daily dose of fruitamins and fruiteins is to start your day with this smoothie bowl. The smooth, smooth loving of the banana and Greek yoghurt makes this bowl the smoothest of smoothie bowls. 

 

For the smoothie bowl
  • 1/2 banana
  • 4 full tablespoons of Greek yoghurt
  • A handful blueberries and raspberries
    To top off with
    • Hagelswag Hazelnut&Coconut
    • Slightly roasted coconut flakes

      Put the Greek yoghurt in a bowl and take a fork. Start whisking the yoghurt. Really get at it, so the yoghurt becomes light and fluffy. Take out a big scoop of yoghurt and set aside.

      Wash and dry your berries. Save some berries to add later to your smoothie bowl, put the rest in a blender. Cut the banana and add it together with the yogurt to the blender. Blend everything together, but don’t overdo it. Keep it light, not tight!

      Put your smoothie in a bowl and simply spoon the rest of the Greek yoghurt through it all. Add the berries and top it off with Hagelswag Hazenut&Coconut and some extra roasted coconut for the extra tropical vibes. Enjoy!
